"My husband went in to order because he doesn't like drive-thru windows. He ordered 3 classic chicken sandwiches plain, mac and cheese and fries. He was told that there would be a waiting period. He came outside and stayed for about 5 minutes then went back in. When we got home (on the other side of town) and took our food out, all 3 sandwiches were loaded with mayo and had pickles on them and were undercooked. The fries were awful. The mac and cheese was the only thing I could eat. We tossed the sandwiches and fries. That is my last trip to Popeye's in Greenwood."
"Had 2 orders…1st order 3 piece white which consist of 2 breast and 1 wing… I got 2 wings and thigh…2nd order was 5 piece tender combo with Cajun rice and dipping sauce sweet heat….only got 4 tenders no dipping sauce rice was overcook and cold VERY DISAPPOINTED this was my second time going and didn’t get what I asked for. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!"
