"I received a dental implant from Rick LaCuesta several years back I had an infection directly after the surgery and have had dozens of infections since, I recently had the implant removed and there is no bone remaining in the front left upper quadrant of my mouth if I could show you the picture you would never schedule any procedure with this dentist he deserves a -5 star review, I am considering litigation against him"
