"Visited this restaurant during lunch on a Sunday. The service was above the bar, truly. The food was excellent!!! The bar staff was--- awesome!!! My bracelet fell off, and when I called the restaurant back, the male bartender held on to it. I was so happy to receive it. It was a gift from my eledst child. And unlike most places, it was still there. That will always set Char apart from other local restaurants in the Jackson Area."

"My girl and I had a great time.....Our charcuterie board was so good. The romantic candle lighting set the mood. Our drinks were on point as well. I ordered the new york steak and it was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were a also delicious. All thumbs up from me and I'll definitely be going back soon. I've traveled a lot and I recommend this place for sure..you won't be disappointed."

"My mom and I picked this place out for our shared birthday dinner and I was thoroughly impressed for a first time guest. We both had the daily soup, a broccoli and cheddar, which was incredible and flavorful. We had the rib-eye steaks for our entrées, very tender and juicy, and finished with some of the best pecan pie I’ve ever had. The only complaint I could have is with the broccoli which was rather plain but the entire experience from start to finish is one we won’t soon forget. Also aleigha our server is awesome!"

"Love the atmosphere it was amazing and vibrant. The fried crab claws were so good. I also had the gumbo which was so meaty. The lamb chop were tender and the scallops were so good. Everything was seasoned to perfection. My favorite were the fried artichokes, omg they melt in my mouth and taste so amazing. I can’t wait to visit again and take more members of my family. The blueberry bread pudding was different but good."
