"Checked in at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, unloaded by 9am. Guard assigned me a dock and I went into the door labeled "Restrooms inside" to get my paperwork signed after getting the green light. Seems like it should be labeled "driver check in" but hopefully they will fix that"

"Speaking from the perspective of an OTR Driver who has delivered here, this place is pretty good. First time here was over a holiday weekend so my delivery time got pushed back because the shift didn't start until midnight and then there was a backlog of deliveries before me, but my second time here was quick and easy. In and out in a snap."

"I was surprised at the lack of attention and information at this place especially in the shack .. There are no signs letting the drivers know which lane to take . Until you are at the gate . There’s a small sign at the corner of the building.. I had to change lanes , Then I check in. The girls had me go 3times to the trailer 2 times for the seal and 3rd to open doors .. Seriously she could said all that the first time .. Then I go back to the window she will not said anything for a while , I finally ask her what was next? She didn’t said anything.. A few minutes later she hands the bol and tell me to go to door 180 .. she did not said anything.. I had to ask her what, and where to go ..I end up docking and had to figure where to go .. Unloading was very quick… Also as you go to the back you must be very careful, again no signs to tell you what to watch for …"
