"I reserved a handicap van 3 days in advance. Got to the rental place and only had a few minutes to complete paperwork. Had a doctor appointment to meet that morning. Got in the van and it wouldnt start. Had to rush back home and try to get my son in my car. Will try to get my deposit back.home and try to get my sone in the back ofmy car"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I rented a car in Puerto Rico This company forces you to pay for extra charges such as LRF...a charge ( Liability Reduction Fee (LRF), RSS Which I declined as I have full coverage and AAA. TOLL charges are flat fee for ezpass and if you don't use all the funds for the pass they keep it and do not refund unused money. Plus a surcharge and concession fee. Not once was I advised I could decline the ezpass, I was told I had to purchase the pass @7.95 per day. Be aware that they did not give me my copy if the signed contract, the inspection report did I was given was not the same as what they had. They didn't even do a walk through when I picked up the car. The cars don't function properly, trunk wouldn't open with car remote and you had to struggle manually, they are not kept clean and the staff could care less. I have called twice to the corporate office and they transfer the calls to their night phone service DURING BUSINESS HOURS. My brother rented a vehicle and his ezpass was 3.95 per day and what wasn't used was refunded to him. This company is a scam. I am going to have the charge reversed from my card until this gets resolved it went from a $254 rental to $376.43 plus $25 for gas. I spoke with the manager of the facility and he insisted I was lying because his employees always inform customers of the options, mind you he was not there at the time of pick up or delivery of the vehicle. He was rude and unprofessional. I explained the quote from my reservation and told him I have it electronically and was still told I was wrong. Stay away, far away!"

"Do not rent from U save in Miami. Six weeks later and still waiting for my $250 deposit. I didn't get the SUV I rented, got stuck with a dirty minivan. Worst place to rent a car. Can't get anyone on the phone you have to wait for about half an hour. This place sucks"

"We rented a car while visiting Miami in September and still have not been reimbursed for the security deposit. The rental car had a Pennsylvania license plate with no registration sticker. We did not realize this until we got a parking ticket. When returning the car, we received confirmation that no damage or additional expenses were due (implying that security deposit would be returned). I feel like this company has taken advantage of us."

"I rented a car from the Orange County Airport in California yesterday, October 10, 2016. Because the rental office is off property, finding it was a bit of a hassle (although the phone number was on my confirmation letter, it was buried in the body of the letter and it was not highlighted, something I mentioned to the rental agent). This was a minor irritant, because the subsequent service was excellent! I returned the car the same day and I was driven to the airport. I checked through TSA, got to may gate and then heard my name paged. Apparently I left my cell phone at the rental office! The agent who helped me at the rental office, drove back with my phone, had me paged, and handed me my phone! I can't imagine any of the large, rental companies doing the same!
