"My U-Haul experience for this location was terrible. In my years of moving I had never experience this type of customer service. I created a profile for easy check in and when I got there I had to give my information all over. The excuse I receive is our computer system is old. I just simply stated I understand. Then I was given the incorrect paperwork for someone else. I had to repeat the steps all over for the third time. Then I was informed they did not have a dolly or furniture pads after signing the paperwork for a 26, 3 bedroom haul. The gas was on Empty where I had to drive directly to a gas station not even 10 miles down from the pick up location. I wasn’t informed of a credit until this morning when calling customer service. When calling the store owner which U-Haul have a contractual agreement with told me my gas was cypher out. This is the my first post I have ever made regardless of my experience with any company. I try it give companies the benefit. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was terrible!"
"I am not a shopper but this was my type of shopping. They had a large selection of the”Hey Dude” shoes. I had them tried on and out of there within 5 minutes. The staff was very helpful and even helped me save money. I will definitely send more customers their way."
