"Manager and employees had major attitude when asking simple questions. I've worked at a store in Missouri for 2 years and I get a franchise discount. so getting attitude for asking questions as a PAYING CUSTOMER. Is not the way I'd want to go about my time at a wendys... I hope the public here stays away from the poor service!!! WOULDNT HAPPEN AT MY STORE!!!"

"Notmally prety quick about getting food. Most of the staff were friendly. Last time i went i ordered 2 sweet teas and the tea was awful it tasted sour like really soured. I called like 15 times before anyone answered. Then asked me what did u want them to do about it. I said well i wanna get 3 more drinks that arent tea. So we go back and he said that they have us tea out od the peach tea. Apologized amd asked if we wanted fresh tea i said sure. We get it left and it was unsweet i just went home"

"I m always coming to this Wendy’s and service is typically excellent but today was horrible. When I was placing my order heavy lady acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and when I said the order she asked for drink I said lemonade which I normally get from machine inside. So I told her I d get one from the machine and her response was that’s what I m trying to tell you it’s down as if I was suppose to know secondly because I dine in I normally get one refill with my meal so I took my cup back up get a refill her response ain’t no free refills. So I guess since the machine was broke is why I didn’t get it but my thing is is how u looking and saying it like she owns the lemonade fat complex I guess but I ll stay away for a while"

"The employees were nice. The food was not bad even though I got the wrong order. Well everything was right just missing my Bacon. The restaurant was clean other then the restroom, trash overflowing and needs a mopping. The line outside was long and moving slow. Overall not bad and I would return."
