"I would never advise anyone to service the “select body shop” at that for my insurance carrier. Troy in management is very rude & disrespectful . You will not be informed of anything in regards to your vehicle , only shop issues. The receptionist didn’t know anything beyond my keys where there & that the receptionist for that location had been fired , another employee just came off vacation etc…I had to have my car towed again from this unorganized establishment."

"I had a great experience at Service King Jackson. I got into an accident on my way from Texas to Florida and had to leave my car at the closest USAA repair shop which happened to be this Service King. It happened to be on a Saturday and Damion was present at the shop, and waiting for me to drive into town. He was very helpful in explaining how everything would work and helped us get organized and situated as I needed to get to Florida. It took 3 months to repair my car, but every week on Wed and Fri, Katrina who worked at the front desk texted or called me with updates on the repairs. When my car was finished, the manager, Austin, took the time to pick me up from the rental car agency at the airport and take me back to the Service King for my vehicle. They were so nice, helpful, and attentive to my situation which I appreciated. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!"
