"Took 25 minutes to get two burritos. There were only two customers in the lobby (including me) and five cars in the drive thru. Four people were ‘working’. One employee went from sweeping the floor on the line to immediately wrapping up food. The GM needs to clean house and start over."

"Arrived at about 9:15, door says they open at 9. Door was locked, employee said they open the lobby at 10a and do drive through only breakfast at 9. I was driving a large truck, couldn’t go through the drive through, but my traveling partner had a regular car. Sent her though, and was immediately told they where “out of breakfast” …..out of alllll breakfast. 15 minutes after opening. Either someone was lying or they should take the breakfast ads down off the sign"

"Food is always good, stood at counter for thirty mins before was told you had to use the automated system. Some options were confusing. Other than that it was hot in dining area."

"This is THE SLOWEST fast food place in town. We stopped at Taco Bell in Grenada, Mississippi for a quick bathroom break and some food. We have been here 40 minutes so far, and only one order has been prepared and called. ( There are only 4 orders, two of which are mine and my sons.) We didn't order a crazy amount of food. I had 2 cheesy roll ups, a bean burrito and a potato Taco. My son ordered 3 cheese quesadillas. The other two orders didn't seem large based on the other 2 people in the restaurant. The point is, the store wasn't busy...maybe the locals know of this Taco hell and avoid it at all cost! The restaurant had 4 employees working on my fateful trip...2 food preparers (forgive my assumptions about their abilities) and 2 young girls who were, in my best estimation, the drive through and counter order takers/cashiers. ( Al this particular Taco Bell, you place your order at a kiosk, if you happen to venture into this time wasting establishment, making the 2nd young girls job obsolete.) The two young girls did seem to pass the 40 minutes I invested, by leaning on the counters, laughing at each others stories, and making the best of an overly dull hour. I promise there is nothing fast in this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and run to a different border! Update: I left without getting my food. Very frustrating!!!"

"The place was very nice and clean. Had a plenty of space to park and eat inside. The food was good. The employees were courteous and had enough patience as we were deciding what to order. The only reason I am giving it four is because the drive through was not working and we were getting late since we had a long ride ahead of us. But overall very nice experience, quality of food and our treatment"
