"The customer service associated with the stores general manager Derrick is atrocious! He is disrespectful, conceited, unapologetic and lacks general skills in dealing with customers. We will NEVER order from this particular establishment again, due to how he handled my family. This entire fiasco went from delivery, phone calls and eventually my husband going up to speak to Derrick directly about his total disrespect towards me and then subsequently my husband over the phone. NEVER AGAIN."
