"The 2 men working there are extremely rude. I came at 9:10 am. There was an employees vehicle here but absolutely no one at the window and doors closed. I come back 30 minutes later there was no one answering at the screen so I pulled around and realized there were now employees at the window. I explained to them I didn't think there'd be anyone there and asked if I could just order at the window. They said no and looked me like I was crazy and said "ma'am we open at 9 that's why there was no one here" those 2 will get no where in life acting like that. I promise that. No work ethic or manners."

"This Taco Bell is the worst! Terrible management, the owner of this store must be completely absent from the operation. Terrible service, burnt Mexican pizza’s every visit, and on the last visit I pulled up to drive thru waited 5 mins for anyone to speak to me at the drive thru menu, pulled up to window, saw the guy taking someone’s order, I asked are you taking orders at drive thru, he said yes, that they are short staffed, that if I pulled away from menu before he spoke to me I would now have to go back around to the end of the line. Horrible!! Will never go back! Terrible place!! Spend your money elsewhere."

"This location is always super clean and organized. My food is always great in taste and presentation. My customer service experience was not so great. I understand we can't always be in a wonderful mood, especially in a fast-paced environment, but this young lady was just completely all wrong. She was the rudest and just downright nasty... I do not hold Taco Bell responsible for her behavior. I just pray that she never walks in my office with an application in hand... Be mindful of how you cross bridges."

"After four years of struggling with staff complaints it's obvious something is very wrong at this store. Sometimes service is great, but most days I wait to see the line before ordering. If you see more than 7 cars when pulling up, come back tomorrow. If you're using an online deal, don't place your order until you get here and ask if their computer is up and if they're out of anything right now. While most restaurants have an evening A team and a B team, for one reason or another (pay, managment, work conditions?) working here some days must feel like the D team. Standing for 'Don't Come Back.' Not repeating orders leading to errors, ignoring special requests like no onion, insisting the beefy-5-layer is made without the extra tortilla and layer of cheese (Why not call it a 3-layer then?). This location is so convenient and obviously capable of their good nights, that I hope they sort this out someday. In the meantime, I guess I live 10m further from taco bell than I thought."
