"There’s no way I’m sending my children here. They haven’t seen a dentist yet, but the receptionist told me all I need to know about this office. She was rude over the phone, disorganized, and matter of fact about the missed appointment they never reminded me about saying they have a no nonsense policy for missed appointments. Not a good sign."
"The front desk staff is extremely rude on the phone and in person. They refused to fix my denture that they themselves made. I missed an appointment due to the passing of a loved one and that's the reason they gave for not fixing them. Had they given me quality product, I wouldn't have even had this issue. Also, I was told they no longer except my insurance and since they weren't going to get a pocket full of money, I feel that played a part in the situation. If you want shotty work and rude assistance, by all means pay them a visit."
