"The Frog is a great coffee shop, however please be aware. My fiancé and I ordered a Caramel Frappe with extra caramel. It tasted so good but when we got home, both of our hearts were racing really fast and we were both getting this tingly sensation. (We ordered the 20Oz and I didn't even drink half before I felt like this) I would def ask how much caffeine is in the frappes. Frappes should not ever make u feel like that. I had to take meds just to calm down."

"We were passing through headed home (Madison) and wanted some coffee. We “googled” it and found the FROG. We were not disappointed. We ordered 2 caramel-vanilla frappes, a Franklin turtle, and a strawberry banana smoothie. All were great! Only downside was the wait time. It was 20 minutes for 4 drinks. It wasn’t dreadful - we were just super ready to be home. All in all - great experience!"

"Excellent coffee and espresso. Great taste and good quality. And MOST places like this have GARBAGE espresso. The drinks are a little too sweet for my liking so I have to ask that they don’t add as much sweet, but they are totally fine with that and always accommodate. Friendly staff and they have non-dairy options."

"I used to go to the Frog every morning for like a year. The coffee was usually good. 9 times out of 10 I enjoyed my drink and was satisfied. However, I stopped going there because they ask you verbally if you will tip them every single time. It really put me off. I will tip every now and then, but I don’t feel like it’s appropriate to ask someone directly for a tip. I don’t go there anymore to avoid the uncomfortable interaction. Wish they would stop because I really like their coffee."
