"The food has been good when we received it in past. We placed and paid for a fairly large app order for pickup during weekend, but store did not receive the order (per drive thru employee). Left without getting food, so now have to try to get refund through corporate (no response so far). They need to turn ordering through the app OFF if they can’t do it, so people know not to waste time with it."

"Just went through the drive through and was told that they were out of roast beef. I asked about getting a shake and was told that the ice cream machine was down. Not sure what was going on, but I won't be back. I've never had problems at the other locations. Feel sorry for the owner."

"Went inside to order and stood there several minutes before anyone came to take our order. Our classic roast beef sandwich's arrived cold along fries! The best thing was the strawberry lemonade. There was a very unpleasant odor in this brand new building too. I’m not sure if there will be a return trip."

"We stood at counter for several minutes before even being acknowledged. Paid $40 for brisket sandwich combos that had very little meat. They were not good at all. Do not waste your hard earned dollars here. It isn't worth it - overpriced."

"The sandwiches were horrible and messy. The fries were hard. We ordered a Coke and unsweetened tea but received 2 unsweetened teas with no ice. No Arby's sauce, straws or napkins. The girl at the window was not friendly at all. You need to hire good people that appreciate their job and aren't rude."
