Pizza and box were literally ice cold to the touch. Reported it. No response. #3 - Another semi-raw pizza. Reported it. No response. Taking a break and giving Papa John's a shot, even though Pizza Hut has always been our go-to for Thursday Pizza Night."
"Placed a online order for Veggie lovers Pizza. Pizza was great. Loved the Pizza Hut Online app which was user friendly. I would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact that there was just one employee (kudos to her) doing multiple tasks … taking phone orders, getting the pizza out of the oven, handling transactions. "So on Wednesday I ordered two pizzas for pick up. Picked them up, no problem. Service was fine. Got them home, they smelled fine and tasted fine. Well, in the wee hours on Thursday morning my daughter woke up and had to rush to the bathroom to puke. She did so until about 3am. I didn't know about this until I woke up Thursday morning. We both just assumed it was her weak stomach (since I felt fine). She didn't eat any more of her pizza. I on the other hand finished mine Thursday for dinner. Welp, Friday morning at about 2am I woke up and was puking until about 4am. The only toppings we had in common were the cheese and the sauce. My guess is that one of them went bad but make what you will with that information."
