Sonic Drive-In

"The Man at the intercome was slow and couldn’t hear. He got our order wrong and we was charged twice for our other order what suppose to be together.. Also the Carhopper was on the phone when we asked a Question and looked so Annoyed.. this Is starting to not be my favorite sonic down the street anymore.. My chili tater tot’s looked old and not full."

"I ordered an ice cream dish and they filled half the cup. My fiance passed it to me after the waiter had already left so I didn't have a chance to protest and I didn't want to argue with anyone who thought that was acceptable anyway. I feel like I was stolen from and won't be back. It's unacceptable to only give half an order but charge full price."

"Well to begin, we waited for 30 minutes to order. When we pushed the button, the young man was extremely rude and said he would deal with us in a minute. As we wait, the guy walks out to deliver food and he was asked how long before we could order....he ignored us and kept rapping to the music I assume was coming from the earbud in his ear. So the first person orders on one side when he comes back on and ask what we want. Second person still waiting to order (never got to order) while waiting for first person to get their food. The same guy comes out to give the food, was asked if we could order and instead of acknowledging he is being spoke to, he continues to rap. As if that wasn't bad enough service, we get the cinnabites and they aren't even cooked all the way! Corporate will also be getting an email but want to warn anyone that halfway considers coming this place....save yourself the hassle!"

"Bad customer service and the food was awful... I asked for 2 Jr. Breakfast burrito and she charged me for the regular size I didn't correct her so no problem there, asked for extra bacon extra egg and the egg was burnt, and her attitude was bad when I asked if she had overcharged me. She didn't, but I was very polite to ask she could have been polite to answer."
