Matt's Small Engine Repair

"Matt was recommended by Coleman for a repair on my Father in Law's UTV. We called Matt and spoke with him about repair he said he would get right on it because my FIL uses it everyday. We were then told we would need to bring a $500 deposit for him to start work on the UTV that would go toward repair cost. Also was told the $500 must be cash! Reluctantly brought UTV and dropped it off. I did get a receipt but it did not state it was for repair cost upon completion of work. After calling numerous times and either being told he was looking into it or not answering phone. Coleman got involved and he moved a little toward repair, we thought. Coleman approved $1000 worth of repair which did not fix the UTV according to Matt. After 3 weeks of waiting we then told Matt we would come pick up the UTV. Matt told us we could not pick up the UTV because Coleman had not paid him so we waited a couple more days for Coleman payment to process. My husband and BIL went to get the UTV today with 2 deputies and was able to get the UTV (at the same place it was dropped off, no visible work had been done) but Matt refused to refund the $500.00. According to the Sherriff's office he is known by them as well. I could not post without one star but he doesn't deserve the one star."

"Nothing but a crook. Paid this man 900 to fix my Atv and he had it for over a year and didn’t give my money back but didn’t even touch the Atv. It sat in the weather all this time and he don’t cover none of the bikes up. Would not recommend him to fix on a tricycle ‼️‼️"
