"I'm extremely disappointed in this McDonalds on State Street in Jackson, MS. First off upon walking in the door it took someone a minute to take my order. Even when the guy took my order I made a few mistakes his facial expressions was very rude. I even heard him mimicked a curse word under his breath. I apologized to him several times. And his facial expressions just gave me the feeling that he didn't want to take my order. Upon receiving my order they didn't give me my large cup. I had to remind them. In addition the drink station was a mess. It irritates me because all that laughing and talking they were doing they could had the dining room cleaned and the drink station cleaned. This is sad I work for McDonalds from 2004 to 2007 under GM late Vanessa OBammer and Area Supervisor Toni Green and none of this stuff would had a went on. That goes to show you times have changed regardless of what they get paid taking pride in their job doesn't exist anymore. SAD at this McDonalds"

"The reasoning behind the 3 star rating is due to the issues I've had with ordering at this location. My last issue was handled greatly by the front counter cashier on duty at the time. The 3 star on the food is just simply because McDonald's, in general, is not great quality food, and I can't remember a time when it ever was. So, in my opinion, that falls on the company and not the individual location."

"I work hard for my money and rarely eat out and when I do I expect nothing less than the best and this is what they served me not hot, I don't know what part of the bun they were trying to put the tarter sauce and not even a full slice of cheese. Yes this has the McDonald's name on it never again."

"I guess it's an ok place to get something to eat. Nothing else really around this spot without having to drive up town. The staff wasn't as bad as many mc donalds. The floors and tables were clean that's what's really important in my opinion. Food tasted just like a generic MC Donald's"
