"Well I will start by saying that I stopped in to inquire about a lift kit on my Jeep wrangler. What I received was a new family. Mike, Jessica, and their team treated me as if I was a blood relative. It was an incredible experience to say the least. Their team , which consists of Mike Price, David , and Drake , are true craftsmen. All of them are perfectionists. They explained everything to me. When I drop my Jeep off to get work done, I don’t leave, I stay all day talking and meeting their friends. I now know what the Jeep community is all about. I’ve since joined the Northshore Wrangler Association (NWA) which they started. I am truly thankful and blessed to have walked into their store. "Over promised, under delivered! I chose to have a lift kit installed by a professional instead of doing it myself to eliminate the possibility of not getting all the parts needed and wasting time. I was assured by Jessica that they do more than just Jeeps and that my GMC Sierra would be no problem. She found a lift kit and seemed confident that it would fit my truck. I told her it was a Denali, and had Magnaride suspension. I trusted she knew what she was doing and went with it. No communication between the holidays, I texted and was told we were good to go on dropping off on Wednesday Jan 3rd. I dropped it off only to get a call on Thursday evening that all the parts weren't delivered. I picked it up and waited. Again, no communication, I had to call and ask when I could drop the truck off. I dropped it off for the 2nd time only to get a call that it wasn't a full suspension lift, but a suspension lift and body lift. This is not what I wanted nor what we discussed. Everything I tried to avoid by paying someone happened anyway. I told them to go ahead and install the suspension lift and leave the body lift off. They weren't aware of the magnaride suspension and the shocks ordered with the kit weren't compatible. Now I have a service suspension notification that comes on everytime I get in the truck. Overall, very poor communication, very poor knowledge on vehicles besides Jeeps, and very unorganized when it comes to basic supply and logistics. I had to go back to get the body lift they didn't install and the magnaride shocks they took off. I'm installing a new suspension lift with the height I originally wanted and have to pay for new upper control arms since they kept the old ones. I spent over $2k and now have to spend another $3k to fix what they did. Unless you have a Jeep, save your $$ and time and either do it yourself or find another business."

"Awesome experience with Jessica and Mike on wife's 2015 Jeep!!!!!! I shared the steering / drifting issues and equipment with Mike and he diagnosed the issue while I was talking to him. We ordered the correct lift kit / stabilizer and was installed extremely fast. They are extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps, very reasonably priced, and do high quality work.
