"Front desk Staff was very unprofessional called me from their personal cellphone instead of office phone about a canceled appointment then will not let me reschedule because of one missed appointment that they claimed I made which they gave me on the spot appointment they are prejudice and very unprofessional. Told me that they couldn’t give me another appointment because I was sent to collections for a bill that I paid and I had been to the office after collections bill was paid as I say again front desk is prejudice and we as black people need to stick together and not patronize this office with their unprofessional staff."
