"I’ve been a barista for 3 years, and the management at this location consistently fails to adequately staff each shift. They also seem to have an ongoing food-storage problem, as almost every time i go to this location they either give me bad food or i see bad food get returned."

"This place needs to be shut down they never have anything. It’s no way at 7 you have ran out everything multiple times during the week. The cashiers are rude and have nasty attitudes they will never get my service nor money again."

"So I visited this location while visiting family in town but I was a little disappointed at how long it took for us to receive our order. From the time we got in the line to the time we received our order it was over 30 minutes. I only ordered three drinks and three breakfast sandwiches, with no modifications. A ordered that should of taken less than 5-10 minutes. The employees however were very pleasant and apologize for the wait when they brought the rest of my order out. The order was accurate and tasted great, I just would really want them to work on the speed of service."
