"Primos consistently offers delicious food, great menu options, professional service and is one of our family favorites! Whether it's a blue plate special, one of their amazing salads or one of their cakes, it's always good food. When my parents come up from the Coast - and they are very particular- they request we grab lunch at PRIMOS!"

"We stopped on the way through Jackson for lunch. Reviews online were good and the menu offered many choices. The daily special was fried chicken, which I wanted but when I asked for dark meat pieces, I was rudely told by the cashier that they didn’t have that- only chicken breast. So I ordered the chicken sandwich instead with extra mayonnaise . My husband ordered a burger with extra mayonnaise too. We went to our table and waited …. waited…and waited. Our food finally arrived 25 minutes later and neither sandwich had the extra mayonnaise. In fact, the burger had none! Then the burger and my chicken sandwich were both overcooked and dry and the side of onion rings cold and tough. Not a stellar day for Primos! Bad food and bad customer service all in one visit. We won’t be back."

"A good diner for some quick lunch or dinner. I had a chicken wrap which was good. Their salads are good too. Have a decent variety of options. Moderately crowded for lunch on a weekday. Ambience was good enough for the price. They sell a great selection of desserts"

"Great experience. Walked in and you have to order at the front desk then you go and sit in a booth/table. They bring your order to you. The menu serves breakfast ALL DAY!! They have weekly specials as well. Prices were very reasonable. My omelet, bacon, hash browns, and biscuit was only 12$. They have an entire section of just desserts! It was very clean and even with a lot of people it wasn’t loud. It was a great experience and kids would love this place."
