"I was out of town on business. My wife had a long, busy day planned. I wanted to do something nice for her. I contacted Parkway Perk and asked if I could order a coffee for her in advance, so she could just swing by and pick it up on her way to run her errands. They took my order, let me pay over the phone, and had the order ready when my wife arrived. It was so awesome! Great customer service with no hassle!"
