"No one ever answers the phone at this place. I have been calling for two days now and still no answer. How do they expect you to get your personal property from A-1 Recovery if they never answer the phone. It rings about 4 times and then you just hear silence and then the phone cuts off. Just answer the phone so I can make arrangements to pick up my property."

"A1 recovery falsely towed my vehicle away from my home during the holiday. States it was a repo when in fact (per the desk lady) their system wasnt updated from 3 months ago. I'm glad I had my paper work to prove who A1 stated was responsible was in fact not. A1 stole my vehicle for 3 days. All the lady could do was open the gate and have me to get my stolen vehicle back. This is crazy and very unprofessional and irresponsible on them as a company. Just out her grabbing/stealing/hiding people vehicles."

"This company is full of bs. They towed my car and will not answer the phone for me to pick my car back up. Every time I call them they let the phone ring and then it’s like they’ll pick the phone up and hang up on you. My lean holder even called the owner and they did not get a answer. This is pathetic. Can I just have my belongings!!"

"These people towed my car and broke the driveshaft and transmission. They said they fixed the car, but it didn't make it 15 miles and the transmission started smoking while on the interstate. I called them and they said it wasn't their problem. I'm having to file a claim against them through my finance company to try to get it fixed."

"This company towed my truck and broke my back glass doing it. I called and told them it was busted and they got mad and said you should have said something before you left . I told them it had limp tint and I didn't see it until I got home . She put this owner on the phone and that conversation got nasty quickly. Very bad attitude. I don't recommend anyone using this trashy company"
