"Pharmacy staff are often rushed and short tempered because they seem perpetually short staffed for the volume of customers they serve. When they say they close at a certain hour, that's when they close - even if you're in line at the drive thru (Can't really blame them if they're on long shifts with minimal break times and having to work at near super-human pace all day on your feet). Made an appointment for a vaccination online for 3:45 today and pre-filled all the paperwork on the Walgreen's. Arrived a little early and checked in, but was told that I would need to re-fill out the paperwork since I needed to have printed copies with me (app/web site mentioned nothing about that). There were still 5 people ahead of me at 4:15 and neither the pharmacist or technician were yet to give a single shot because they were slammed filling prescriptions. I had to leave to meet other obligations. I used to have my prescriptions filled here until I discovered that the cash price for many of my medicines were less than what insurance charged - but they never clued me in and I'm sure it has cost me thousands of dollars over the years that I used them. Use another provider in town until they address their staffing and customer service issues."
