"Went there this morning (7:23) for a mocha frappe and a white mocha iced coffee. 12 minutes later, the girl is still taking orders for the people who came in after us. 7 people to be exact. When I asked her how much longer it would be, she tells me "after I finish waiting on the people in line." There were 4 more people in line. I requested a refund, which she did give except for the tip, which she kept and I didn't realize until I was home. I can't speak for the food, but the service for me was horrible and I will never return and will inform others not to visit unless they just happen to have an hour to waste."
