"I waited 10 minutes and they finally took my order… pressed the button to follow up 10 minutes later, they had no record of my order…they come out concerned and asked “what did you order” …. That’s a total of 25 minutes and I had to leave empty handed to get back to work on time. my entire lunch break I waited and had no lunch for the day. No excuse will suffice for this. Stall 12 between 1:30-2pm… p.s. it was not even busy … if this the service they are providing, how are they even open"

"Thursday night before Halloween. Had been to House of Haunted Plains. Awesome! Sonic was quiet, people were customer friendly, and food was good, and shake great."

"My 14 yr old ordered a milk shake and roughly 10 minutes later was commenting about his shake having a sour taste. He was complaining about his stomach hurting. I only went there because I had business to take care of in the area. I will not be going back to this one."

"Ordered lunch here yesterday since it wasn’t too busy. Complete garbage. Paid $9 and change for this and it wasn’t even right. This is a poor excuse for a meal. Completely dry chicken and hardly any tots. Also ordered two chili cheese tots large and there was barely any tots in it as well. If you combined the two together it would’ve been the size of a large tot. They weren’t even busy, maybe four other cars waiting on orders. If you are going to work, you should take pride in what you put out. We pay for a service and it was not delivered at this location. Will not be going back in the future. Only giving a two star since the server was nice."

"Hubs and I just moved to the area a couple months ago, and we’ve been giving this Sonic a few visits. It’s been great using the mobile app and so far all of our orders have been correct. Well, tonight, we decided to get some late night shakes. Since we wanted to pay with cash tonight, we couldn’t use the mobile app… okay whatever. When we arrive and start to place our order, I am almost immediately am told “hold on! Hold on! Hold on!” As a previous fast food worker myself, I always try to speak clearly and not too quickly. This guy has me repeat my order multiple times and STILL gets it wrong when he brings it out. The whipped cream on top was barely there, and when I double checked my receipt, I was charged for extra whipped cream. Smh. This is pitiful. Train your employees properly. Or don’t let them take and make orders when they show they’re incapable."
