"I recently moved to the Jackson Metro area and decided to call on Dr. Malley's office for a standard dental cleaning - all went well. Friendly staff, teeth felt great, ya know - what one would expect. What really set Dr. Malley apart from my other experiences is based on what happened next: roughly one month later, I had a dental nightmare and his office was there to the rescue. One of my front teeth is a crown and it popped off during a particularly chewy slice of pizza on a Sunday night with friends. I was horrified and downright embarrassed. Working with people and visiting clients is part of my job, so I had to get it fixed ASAP! I called Dr. Malley's office the next morning, and I had an appointment for that afternoon. Not only was he able to fabricate a replacement, but the porcelain cap that he was able to make was leagues ahead in both quality and feel from my previous iteration. Not only that, but after installing it, he claimed that he had the impression and 3D file saved, such that if it ever happened again, he'd just CNC another one in less than 30 minutes, polish included! His office really went the extra mile to take care of my time sensitive matter, and I am greatly appreciative. Certainly will be back!"
