"Service is great and doctors are professional. However, the waiting room had many patients who were not wearing masks, did not observe social distancing, and kids were roaming freely coming too close to others. I think this needs to be addressed to lower the risk of patients getting infected with COVID 19 while in the waiting room. Thank you."

"If i could give 0 stars i would... I went to dentist several times... no problem with him, but his staff in the office that check insurance and answer calls is a disaster. I get a bill in the mail saying that i owe them 2-300$ after every cleaning... the balance is always different even though i get the same things done year after year.. I call to clarify and they say "just ignore that.. i goes out to everyone before the claim is made"... REALLY?? THEN WHY SEND IT??? and they always bill my insurance wrong. ALWAYS.. i have complete coverage through my insurance but for some reason these people cannot get it right... Sorry Dr. Tramel you are a nice guy and a pretty good dentist but because of your staff i will never return good luck finding someone with and IQ to bill insurance!!"

"New patient visit. I had a semi-emergency and was seen the day after I called. Everyone in the office was hospitable. Dr. Brown worked out a plan for me to see a specialist and even had a call made to get me scheduled. The experience couldn't have been better. I will become a regular patient."
