"We have had multiple vehicles serviced and had different issues fixed at Parkway. We usually tend to drop our vehicles off and go back to pick them up rather than sit and wait on them. The only complaint we’ve ever had is the lack of communication when it comes to them completing the work. The vehicle may have been finished for 2 hours and they had not let us know it was finished. Other than that, we’ve always had great service and the work they do is great, as well."

"Took tire in to have a leak fixed. Small hole that I had marked myself for them. Had to take it back two more times and they charged my wife again when she took it up there the second day. While they did credit the second charge and get it fixed on third time had to complain and hours spent wasted on what should have been simple fix was unacceptable."
