"Not the place it used to be years ago. They used to do a good job with alignments years ago, but that time has passed. If you need an alignment, this shop will not do it for a good price and it won’t be right either. I brought two SUVs to them for alignments. They barely fixed the first one I brought in. I brought it back and they accepted the responsibility to fix for free, however there was no noticeable change after that second fix. I assumed it was because maybe it’s a little older car, so I decided to bring my second car for the third alignment. They decided to charge me an extra $20 for “using my own struts”. I’ve never in all my years heard of this bogus charge. I obliged this time, and lo and behold. My alignment was not proper, same as my first suv, and the steering wheels is also still off. Went over to Firestone to get a real alignment after realizing my tire wear was uneven. Firestone fixed my cars up right, including the steering wheels and didn’t charge me extra for having another shop put on parts. I highly recommend Firestone over this place. It’s sad that quality of work has depleted from this place."
