"I really wish I could give less than 1 star! This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. I started the partial process the back in November and I have called 2-3 times a week every single week since the last week in December for a status! It's now March & they just informed me 9 days ago that it was put on hold due to my insurance needing to verify that I have other coverage! All this time and nobody has bothered to call, email or send a letter to let me know this information! I went in 5 days ago & was promised that my partial would be here this week and now I'm being told I need to pay to have it rushed but there would be no guarantee that it will be in. I have left 12 messages for doctor Mooney(sp) and I was just told today by Shalonda that she's refusing my calls. I'm scheduled to go out of town in 3 days and I still have no idea if they will have it in time! I would never refer anyone to go to this place! I have seen the dentist ONCE the entire time that I've been dealing with this and the staff doesn't care about anything! Once I get this taken care of, I'll never step foot back in this office!"

"I have 4 kids and when I make them an appt to get something taken care of they always refer me to somebody else. My child needed a cap replacement and they couldn’t even do that, didn’t even try. I have never seen them do work on my kids mouth. Will not be going back there. They don’t do anything then charge you God knows what."

"I often have anxiety with dentists, but I’ve had no problems at all with Dr. Katie Wasson. She thoroughly explains procedures and billing in full detail, as well as answered any of my questions in a timely fashion. She’s very open and honest and will recommend the best treatment plan. We met by happenstance. I showed up at the wrong dentist for my appointment. Nevertheless she fitted me in her schedule. God makes no mistakes. She comes highly recommended.”"

"Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called to schedule an appointment verifying that they were in network with my insurance. I was told they were and then was given an appointment a week out. I states I was in serious pain but was willing to wait. About 2 hours before my appointment they called to ask me to come earlier which was great. I have to drive a good so I told her I would try to get there early . I was then asked for my insurance information after giving it I was told they do not accept my insurance."

"Dr Sherry Gwen is one of the best dentists in Pearl Her and her staff are very nice and makes one feel at ease as you sit in that chair .And working her magic on making your smile shine ."
