I arrived at 10:45 am, hoping to have my car promptly inspected by one of their supposedly expert technicians. Little did I know that this would be the start of a day-long ordeal. After the mechanic examined my vehicle and provided a quote for the necessary repairs, I foolishly assumed that progress would be made. However, as the hours ticked by, I received no update whatsoever. Four long hours went by without a word from Car Care Clinic, leaving me in the dark about the status of my car. To make matters worse, a fellow customer informed me that Car Care Clinic sources their parts from Autozone, and no one seems to know how long it takes for these parts to arrive at the shop. This reliance on an external supplier not only demonstrates a lack of preparation and organization but also leads to unnecessary delays and customer inconvenience. Growing impatient with the lack of communication and progress, I decided to walk over to the next building to check on my car. To my dismay, I spotted an employee casually smoking cigarettes in the open bay. Instead of tending to the vehicles, it seemed the staff at Car Care Clinic prioritized their own leisure time over providing quality service to their customers. As I returned to the waiting room, my frustration only escalated. Hours had passed, my car sat neglected with its hood up, and there was no end in sight. The lack of transparency and disregard for customer time at Car Care Clinic left me questioning whether my car would ever receive the attention it desperately needed. Suffice it to say, I cannot recommend Car Care Clinic to anyone seeking competent and efficient car care. Their lack of professionalism, failure to communicate, and reliance on external suppliers paints a clear picture of an establishment that prioritizes convenience for themselves rather than the satisfaction of their valued customers. Save yourself the agony and seek service elsewhere."
