"I am editing my review to provide more details for the owner. 1. The wait times are often 45-1 hour despite the app showing that my food will be ready in about 20 minutes. 2. The staff often get my orders wrong. 3. They are often sold out of items that I have ordered and since I order via the app an prepay it becomes a big hassle of choosing a different item after arrival at the store since the employees have claimed that they cannot refund an in app purchase. 4. The drive thru is a joke. Typically I sit at the drive thru window for 5-10 minutes before an employee even acknowledged my presence."

"It’s sad to say that this place is just terrible and it’s sad because it’s not a lot of food places to choose from. The employees there argue in front of you, the one guy who works there is just sloppy and doesn’t care about his job. He sits there and does nothing majority of the time you go there. The crazy bread is always oddly made, wet with no Parmesan or butter. The pizza is never the best, it’s doable. Something needs to change here, I don’t understand how this place runs the way it does. I only go if my kids beg me. As a Detroit native born and raised, the hometown of Little Caesars, this store disrespects the integrity of the brand."

"Ordered two pizzas and crazy bread for pickup. Bread was fine. First pizza we opened was fine. The second pepperoni pizza is hands down the worst-made pizza I've ever even seen come from this restaurant. I can't believe the employee even put it in a box after seeing it."
