"Customer service was stellar. Workers were friendly and very accommodating. 5 stars for service and workers. But the chicken breast was too big (gigantic) and tasted like plastic. Lacked flavor. The Jacks in Alabama I love. Taste like homemade. What’s up with the Mississippi chains. I tried it 6 Months ago. Today, I still find no improvement. Y’all need grandma in the back giving that chicken flavor. The last time it was too salty. This time bland. Biscuits and side dishes on point."

"Ordered each meal time(*4:51meal1*,*4:57meal2*,*4:58meal3*)5:10 begin to test meals 2&3, *5:23 the apple pie made it for meal 1 after meal 3 received the strawberry pie which supposedly been for meal 1* Chicken sandwich was so good I didn't need the bread to be honest. I thought it came with a sauce on the sandwichs though. But it was pretty good. Pies was said to be good as told by testers of mine. Although one was not happy for the wait of the apple pie. She said though it was worth the wait. Decent price."
