"They tried to fix my car and said they fixed it but the check engine light came back on soon a left then came back and tried to fix it again and said they fixed it again but again check engine light came back on"

"I only rated 3 stars because it seemed as if they were irritated and very short with me. I was only trying to get them to put my dashboard back in place from the first visit I had with them. I tried to explain that to Ms. Susie but she became very defensive explaining that they didn't touch the radio because it stopped working. Well it was working prior to going to the shop but I WAS not talking about the radio. Apparently that stopped working because of an electrical issue because they had to replace the fuse block. Customer service and communication that day was not effective. No one would actively listen to what I had to say just kept cutting me short. I have no problem spending my money to fix things and would've spent more money if they were not rude and short with me. If they were willing to see what the deal was with the radio I would've paid for that too. To think I was going to get some tires from them too but I'll take my business elsewhere. It just shows that no matter how much money you spend with these businesses the old customer service that use to exist is long gone. I've had them service my Land Rover, Yukon and Charger but I won't spend my money anywhere I can't ask questions about."

"The worst tire place in the Jackson and surrounding areas. I would nt take a four wheeler to this place. They lost my caps that go on my rims and said they wasnt on there when I came in. They took the tire sensors out of tires and said when I came there the tire didnt have a sensor in it. A complete waste of time and money. From the mechanics to management."

"I applied for a position with this company on indeed, I get a message from them responding to my application, I read the message and they flat out belittle me telling me in not worthy of working for their company, bashing my resume just belittling me for trying to apply for a position. I mean is that really an appropriate way to respond to a person who's applying for a position?"

"I had been google shopping for the least expensive place to get a tuneup for my Expedition and I discovered this business. Everything about them was polite and upfront. From the initial quote on the phone to the servicing on my truck. Not only were they a few $100 dollars cheaper than the more known company, they also refunded me an overcharge that I had ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of!! You CAN NOT beat this level of service!! My vehicle and running smoother and I’m a few dollars richer lol. Thanks y’all!!"
