This was on a Friday afternoon and Blackburn is a 40-mile drive from my location so I wasn't going to be able to get there by closing time, and Ricky told me Parts wasn't open on Saturdays. Several minutes later, he contacted me back by phone (he must have reviewed caller ID to get my number as I hadn't provided any of my information during the prior call).
