"Every visit has been fine up until today. My daughter has been doing so much extra to help me while I go through some hellacious medical treatments. Helping with chores, staying on top of her schoolwork, looking after our animals, etc. Thought I’d take her for a quick scoop of ice cream. 8:28PM. They close at 9:00. Didn’t even plan to order anything stupidly long to make. A single scoop of ice cream in a bowl. Simple. I get the nastiest attitude and ugly look from the redhead female. I asked to confirm, did they in fact stay open until 9:00…someone please buy this girl a gallon of anti aging cream. The horrid faces she made, are going to give her a million wrinkles by the time she graduates. The only reason I didn’t adjust her little wagon, was due to her more than likely being a minor. Call me when you’re grown, kid. I spend probably 50 bucks a month on ice cream, used you guys for birthday parties and all that jazz. I carried my happy self to Dairy Queen. Thanks for the memories."

"This place is awful so not go here. The manager was horrible. Tried to make us pay for a shake that was like water. We asked for them to fix it and was told we would have to pay for it anyway. The manager followed us out of the store mouthing ..we think he even followed us in his car. What is wrong with people.."

"Visited on Nov. 22, 2022, Vicksburg, Ms. Clay Street, purchased 2 scoops, was charged extra for whipped topping and nut toppings, 99 cents each (had a very tiny tiny bit of each one)!!!!!! A relative went in to make the purchased, and had I checked my receipt before eating it, I would have gone into store for refund!!!!! We visit BR often, at another location, have never had these extra fees!!! There would not have been a problem if I was given 99cents WORTH of each item!!!!!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
