"The guy who owns this wrecker company is very professional. Nothing was missing out of my car and my things hadn't been touched when my vehicle was towed. In the past, I've had someone actually go through my belongings and steal from me. That was not the case this time. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because although it was Jan 2nd before noon, there was no one at the office for me to get my car so I had to call the answering service and the woman told me that he would be pulling up in 10 mins. Well, it was closer to 30 mins. Oh and his card machine was not working so I had to leave and go to the ATM at the gas station to pull money out of the ATM. It was CASH ONLY. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Called to get my belongings out of my vehicle and the woman that answered the phone was rude from the beginning. She didn’t want me to get my belongings without paying a fee first. I arrived well after 9:30 as it’s stated that they open at 9:30. No one was there. The driver arrived and shortly after so did the woman that answers the phone. She came just to be rude to us! She had no other reason to come! No compassion, unprofessional, and RUDE! I almost died in a 18 wheeler accident and all she was worried about was the fees! Do not use this company! Very, very, very RUDE! Edit to respond to owner** I was allowed to get my purse and a car seat and was RUDELY rushed to get that. You told me to hurry up because you have to go. Go where and you’re operating a business that’s supposed to be open. I have other items that I was not allowed to get unless I paid first. If the tow truck driver was needed, why did you come? Only to be rude. Why weren’t you in the office? You pulled in right behind him. No one was in the office. A BUSINESS that opens at 9 and no one in the office. Only out to get money. No compassion at all. Smart mouth and extremely RUDE."

"Very unprofessional said they would be arriving in 60 minutes this was at 12:30 called back at 1:15 said he was 30 minutes out called back at 2:15 still hadn’t arrived around 3:00 he passed us on the interstate and didn’t stop tried to call the number back and I was blocked finally he showed up at 3:30 without any explanation. I do not recommend period."

"Mr. Jackson is a very nice and professional man. He towed my car after a bad wreck in Vicksburg and was very nice and attentive. Over the next couple of days I called him several times concerning my car and though I may have gotten on his nerves he never let on to it. He answered my phone call each time and was very helpful. I needed to come by his place and get some things out of the car the day after the wreck and it was no problem. He even agreed to my request without hesitation when I asked him to please cover my car with a tarp or otherwise so that it did not get interior damage from the weather until it could get to the body shop. He called me to make sure it was ok before releasing my car to another towing company to have it hauled back to Jackson. Great guy and the other men that were working at his place when I went by were very nice as well. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation and you need a tow, I'd recommend Jackson Towing."
