"Called and talked with a parts rep over the phone and received a quote for several parts. Went online to Gray Daniels Nissan Parts Department to order the parts and pay for them. 2 days later I got an email from the manager saying "Your online order has been canceled due to parts are not available." (I had known the parts were not available locally the rep on the phone told me they would have to be shipped in from Dallas). So called the store again to order the parts again but with the rep over the phone and was told that "Gray Daniels Nissan does not do this for customers", "it's too much of a liability." So I called Cannon Nissan in South Jackson and was given a better price quote on the parts needed. So if you need parts guys, look out because Gray Daniels says it's too much of a liability and just order your OEM parts from Cannon Nissan. Update 1/10/23: Got my parts from Cannon Nissan in 2 days with free shipping. Parts came undamaged, didn't have to "ring bell for assistance" when I walked in, and was walking out the door within minutes of arriving with my parts."
