"Had a strange encounter with an employee. Not my first time at this location, so I knew that the two dressing rooms towards the front of the store are usually open, do not have mirrors, and you can take in 6 items in at a time. As I was entering an empty dressing room an employee stopped me, asked if I was trying things on, I said yes, she said I couldn't try that many on (gesturing to my 6 items). I asked how many I could take. "At least four". "Could I take six?" "No." "Ok." Took four. Then she stayed right next to my basket the whole time. Commented on every item I tried on (only mirror is outside dressing rooms) and said "are you really going to try all this on?" "Yes. But since the number of items I can take in has changed, is there now a return rack I can put my 'no' items on?" "What, do you expect me to put them back?" "I can put them back, I just didn't know if, since the system was being updated, there was finally a return rack?" "No." She left the moment I got done and didn't hover for any other customer. Did she think I was going to steal something? Rude and judgemental either way."
"Be aware that the drop-off area for items that you're donating, closes earlier than the store. I didn't see a sign that stated it and was informed by employees who were apparently surprised I didn't know that. Also, it's a little pricey."
"Shoppers beware colour tag of the day for 50 percent of is not true. Suddenly furniture ectopic is not included in tag of the day ..they do not show that anywhere till you want to buy then after getting a trl to pick a big item up you are told no furniture can't be sold half price ....silly me I thought it was a donation location..to help people.."
"Stopped by to take a look. It's a very big inside clean nicely organized. Good large selection. I found everything I went inside looking for and then some more stuff I didn't know I needed. Nice employees, helpful. I will definitely go again@"
"This seems to be the cleanest and neatest Goodwill I've ever visited. Very well organized. I deduct one star simply because there is not a large variety of products to offer."
