They were so busy texting and talking on their cell phones and never informed me they were out of tomatoes for my salad. Meanwhile she was wearing a pink wig. She had an attitude and was talking about the customer who was placing an order. Very unprofessional. Bad attitude. This wasn’t my first time seeing her bad behavior"

"Had never been to a Jack's before and was very surprised at how much nicer this place is than regular fast food. Nice and clean modern interior. Great customer service and quick. I had met the manager while I was in line at the bank and she was very friendly and personally invited me to come on down. A few days later, here I am! Great biscuits and gravy. Ran into her and she gave me a big hug. Lots of friendly smiling faces, especially for early morning. Will definitely be back."

"The food is actually good(The chicken is okay but I got bone & gristle in my burger meat....I showed it to the Mgr and they didn't seem to care). Don't expect anyone to get in any hurry....Evidently no one took the time to teach the counter help manors.... customer service is a Joke. We've been to this unit nearly every day since they opened and it hasn't gotten any better. It must have been bring your children to work day the other day....the Manager on duty held her child on her hip when checking me out while her other child ran wild through the unit(totally unprofessional). You can spend your $ money there but then get told that we've reached our promotional limit and won't accept your promotional code for the points you've earned.....so we took our business across the street and ate at the Golden Arches. My $$$$ money $$$ is green and I'll choose to spend it where they appreciate my business. Went back May 4th....couldn't get ice cream or a shake after 8PM! (The shake machine is not broken)The Manager obviously hates her job! The AC is out, and it must be 90° in the building."
