"My experience was ohk I love the food it was great the vibes were also great but the service was lacking I say this because I was on a date and they did not bring me and my date our plates at the same time and as I was waiting 2 or 3 people came in and placed Togo orders and they got there’s before me also when my date got her food I got my plate about 30 to 40 minutes after her and once I got my order she was done with her meal they also forgot to bring my date her drink as well and they brought me my shrimp about 5 to 10 minutes after they gave me my plate as well and it was not packed in the restaurant"

"I wanted to try this for a late night meal. From the beginning, the energy of those working was lackadaisical. Before welcoming me, the lady working yelled to the back to see if the grill was cleaned or not. (I called ahead and was told I could order before 11:30) I ordered. I was not able to get an entree and a kids meal even though I told her I was feeding kids. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Well 30 minutes I'm standing and waiting. From listening, the workers had their own orders prepared but not mine. I want your business to succeed, especially in the Delta. However, this rude, avoidant behavior will not work especially for those, like me, who are visiting this area. Please correct this for future patrons."

"The Pink Kitchen’s decor gives you a feeling of being in a place like Vegas…. To some it may be off putting, but to me it’s definitely a comforting feeling. Something Greenville, MS needed was a place like this. The food is great. I’ve had the wings, the southwestern egg rolls (believe me they’re the best I’ve had in Mississippi and enough that if you want to order them as an entree, to fill you up) The pork chops are delicious and I can’t wait to try everything else on their menu. I will say the daiquiris are super sweet so if that’s your thing, then by all means, go during happy hour and get them for $1. Me personally, I like tart, so the daiquiris just aren’t for me. This place is definitely underrated for what I’ve seen from the community. It’s truly a gem in the midst of Greenville!!!!"

"Please don’t let the aesthetics of this restaurant deter you. Every time I have eaten here the food has been timely and delicious. I’ve dined-in and also doordashed. The quality never fades! Last night I Doordashed a 6 piece wing dinner. In the preference section I requested very light sauce. Many restaurants miss requests put there, so I was prepared to be disappointed. They did not miss it. When I say those were the best wings I’ve had in a LONG time, I mean it. Here’s the point that I’m making a review about. While making the DoorDash order, I decided to add an order of queso after I’d already hit the submit button. It looked like two different orders to me. So I immediately called the restaurant to clarify what was going on. The lady who answered the phone listened to me explain, and then explained that she already saw it and combined them into one order. I remain impressed with this restaurant and all the people I’ve dealt with there. The food and service is 10/10! TBH, I’m not a fan of the decoration or seating. I can’t get my whole butt on the chairs. However, if there wasn’t an “atmosphere” star survey, I would never have mentioned it."
