"Terrible awful disgusting horrendous. We went in to take a shower during a 30 minute break, and they told us they were doing maintenance on our shower, didn't say what for or anything. Then our shower disappeared from the app! And they offered to get us a ticket, but it was taking so long that our 30 was almost up. They then told us that the next open shower would be ours, but we were running out of time. They should have some sort of warning if they're going to be doing maintenance on a shower that someone has paid for already. There was even another couple who was waiting on a shower of their own. We were 49 and they were 50 in line. Then the intercom came through and said that customer 52's shower was ready! Luckily the couple was nice and had a good conversation with us until we decided to leave. The staff however was extremely rude and lazy. Extremely unprofessional. Waste of important time and money."

"Outstanding service at tire shop. Technician Joey A. showed top level professionalism. Had a blowout on the side of the road in Diehl,LA. Tech let me know my air bag was damaged. Limped into Loves and checked in. Tech Joey A. spent hours working non stop to remove the corroded and rusty old air bag and install of now one. Great communication from Kris as well.. Thank you. I will be back. Lady Volume driver."
