"Best in the county!!! Fill your belly without breaking your wallet!! Must eat to appreciate!! Exactly like pictures!!"
"I enjoyed eating here while working in Holly Grove. Listening to some of the locals chit chat was interesting and the food was really good. The people there are very friendly especially Chasity and Jimmie Leigh."
"The best catfish this native Arkansan has had in my life - and that’s nearly 50 years if I didn’t lie about my age. There’s some kind of magical secret to how their breading sticks to the fish. Sorcery, I tell you. It’s good hot and maybe even better cold as a midnight snack. Friendly service, too. You can’t go wrong."
"Stopped by to get my catfish fix again today! If you can't eat a whole fish plate then do like me. I ordered a catfish filled sandwich loaded with everything and it was delicious as always! Yall better go see Auntie Arthelia and the crew for the best catfish plates in Monroe County❤"
"A friend took me to Kountry Kitchen for my first visit recently and suggested I order a small catfish plate, which I did. Glad I got a small plate, not a large, as this one had enough food for two grown men. The six fried catfish strips were obviously farm-raised fillets, not the crappy foreign stuff, and they were cooked to perfection--crispy outside but tender and flaky inside. Some of the best catfish I've eaten at any Southern restaurant, and accompanied by some good fries, coleslaw and hushpuppies. The ladies cooking and waiting on us at the counter were pleasant, quick and thorough, providing the kind of great service that'll make me go back for more."
