"How do you have NO ICE CREAM at an ice cream shop???? And the employees or happy to tell you they wouldn't serve the 4 vats of ice cream that was there. Get better employees and get some dang ice ice cream."

"Went to this Baskin Robbins and was fully disappointed. First of all it is not an independent store but a freezer section within a gas station. My kids and I naively went here expecting ice cream as the website stated you're open til 10 pm. We entered the gas station to see two employees and no customers. Despite this, we waited for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us with a "hey there's someone here for ice cream!" From one employee to the other, to which the other employee responded "oh, it closed." I kindly I formed her the website said open til ten and she said "nope, closes at 8." I tried not to be a total Karen, but when you're hungry for ice cream and get a triple scoop of disappointment for myself and two kids instead, it tends to put you in a sour disposition. So, in summary, incorrect hours posted, poor service, limited variety (not 31!), And rude workers. Would not recommend."

"We wanted the Turtle Cappuccino things and they didn't have turtle ice cream, whipped cream, or the dome lids and there was a really bad smell coming from the back but the coffee things were alright since we got to pick from the ice cream they have. Still had to pay full price tho."
