"The service was decent for an oil change but after they get you money, you no longer matter, and when I was told something was wrong with my car and I get a call back, nothing. I called at least two dozen times trying to get a price quote to fix the issue. They definitely need to be retained on customer service and follow through, I have to put in a call to Honda corporate about the issue and it will be handled. This is just pure laziness and lack of enthusiasm for their job, so sad to see such poor service being repee"

"This past Saturday morning, I went to get a diagnostic done on my car because all of my warning lights were on, on the dashboard. I waited at the dealership until my car was done (I live an hour and 40 minutes away). Once the diagnostic was done the service advisor review the issues with me, and proceeds to inform me the parts I needed weren’t in stock, and she was unsure of when they will be in. The issue I went for was not resolved, and there wasn’t any communication to make sure this issue is fixed. I had to pay $150 to be informed of the problem with no possible resolution from the dealership. After returning home, I noticed that the engine cover was left off from under the hood of my car. I called the service department to let them know it was left off. I left my name and number to be contacted by the service department manager (since the service advisor said the technician had left and it was nothing she could do). I received a call on Monday from the manager, and I explained the situation to him, and he made it seem as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. This is unacceptable. I purchased my vehicle from this location, and I was in the market for a newer vehicle. I would not recommend people to shop or have service completed at this location. I will be contacting Greenwood location, and Mr. Cannon to have this issue resolved."
