"Worst McDonalds we have ever visited. No water in the mens room, hand sanitizer stations empty, and a very rude employee. We ordered from the kiosk and asked the cashier if we could have a regular bun instead of the sessimee seed bun. She said I don't know i don't work in the kitchen and refused to help. They also forgot our fries. The next person wanted to donate to the Ronald house and was told we don't have a box. He ended up leaving the donation on the counter and as you can guess that ended up in their pocket... This place is terrible. Whoever owns this location needs to pay more attention to it or just close down."

"Stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch while on a road trip with my dad. The women’s bathrooms were filthy and the men’s didn’t have an operating sink to properly wash their hands. The workers weren’t taking orders at the registers for whatever reason, just standing there talking to their friends. They told us to use the self-checkout kiosks. Once ordered, we waited at a dirty table for a while. My food was called and I proceeded to bite into a cold burger with stale bread. My father’s was the same with bland fries. This might be the worst McDonald’s visit I’ve ever had in my 26 years."

"Worse service in any McDonalds I’ve ever been. Cook staff were extremely slow and had poor attitudes. Servers were running around handing out wrong orders. We stood there and waited forever while they took care of all their friends getting them right out in no time flat. McDonald’s needs to step in and straighten this place out or shut it down."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. And that would only be from the horrible and rude service we got today. My family came in and ordered and when we got our food, some things were missing and we didn’t have sauce. That’s okay we had a big group, we went up to the counter and showed our receipt and told the manager what we were missing. She proceeded to have an attitude with us saying we were lying about missing food and made us PAY AGAIN TO GET IT. She also griped at us for asking for more KETCHUP??? I have never in my many years of customer service seen such a terrible worker. Do not go here if this lady is working and I hope the higher ups see this! Photo attached."

"The staff were friendly and efficient. They were out of Honey Mustard and they don’t fill up the fries container. I thought they might have fallen into the bag, but no!"
