"Well I read the reviews and while passing through town- I told my man come on and let’s take a chance! Glad we did! The dough is clearly a long time recipe that is GOOD and can be used to dip the crust in the icing. The salad bar was fresh and produce tasted like it was plucked from the back! Thinking about those past reviews it made me think about something. The pandemic changed a lot of things and places. We should all be allowed some grace to bounce back. Only God judges. Best of luck and success Mazzio’s you fed our bellies and hearts to sleep last night ♥️"
"-Over cooked chocolate chip pizza -Took way too long to complete order -baked Alfredo was ok -manager and young lady working register were very understanding and respectful. They just need good help. I hated complaining because to young manager guy was trying his best."
"Nah, this place set me back a few hundred yards. The food was old, sat out for wayyyy too long. Service was okay, but the workers in the back were loud and clearly hated their jobs. We asked for a pizza to be added to the buffet and 20 min later we left no pizza in sight. All of the soda machines were out of order except 2. Ice was basically out. The only reason this gets 2/5 stars is because the cinnamon sticks were good when hot."
"Ordered pick-up. Was told it would take an hour. When I asked why it takes so long I was informed they are short staffed. Obviously it didn't take that long to cook it because my food was cold and stale when I picked it up. Staff was unfriendly/uninterested. Despite being cold the cheese dippers were pretty good. They seriously need more lighting in the parking lot. Doesn't feel particularly safe at night."
"Ordered lemon pepper wings, instead I received cinnamon stick flavored wings. I told the young lady at the counter the wings tasted sweet like cinnamon sticks, she proceeded to say our lemon pepper wings taste like that...she had a nasty snobby attitude... Oh and the roaches all in the salad bar, old lettuce... but yet sooooo expensive for the most nastiest food you can find in Monticello"
