"It all depends on who cooks your fries and burger. I got LUCKY! Monday at 1:30, February 5th. Fries weee crispy, burger was perfect! Great friendly staff and very clean environment. If you’ve had a bad experience with this location before (like I did), give them a second chance! Perfect!!!"

"Servers are "yeah whatever" and run it haphazardly. Food is still great - hey, its Five Guys! Just depends on what crew is serving perhaps. If you know exactly what you want, just be prepared to wait longer than usual and watch for your order - if you stand outside, there is no speaker. If you have questions, good luck. The Oxford hiring practices may be a little more lax than other areas. I've only been once. I'm all for 2nd chances so I will update this review as I try them again soon. Stand by."

"five guys is pretty good!!! the fries are always fresh and hot. I can also tell that they take pride in having a clean restaurant. I had the blt today and the back on was crispy and the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. the folks behind the counter were nice. and the sweet tea was great as well! the only reason I give 4 stars is because the fries were kind of thrown haphazardly in my bag."
